Ping4 Group, Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on this site, including geo-location data. We will NOT sell, disclose or rent this information to others in ways different from those which are disclosed in this statement. Ping4 Group, Inc. collects information from our users at several different points on our website.

2. Registration

In order to use the Ping4Deals service, each user must first complete the Registration process. During registration, each user is required to give their email address. This information is used by Ping4 Group, Inc. to enable the user to access Ping4Deals services for which they have expressed interest. It is optional but encouraged for the user to provide other requested information so that we can provide a more effective services.

3. Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. We do not use them, however it is possible that some of our business partners may use cookies on our site (for example, an advertiser). We have no access to or control over these cookies.

4. Log Files

We use this information to improve and implement the Ping4Deals service, analyze trends, administer the site, track usage, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.

When the user signs up for these services, we will share the contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. 7. Surveys & Contests

From time-to-time our site may request information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used in aggregate for the purpose of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.

8. Tell-A-Friend

If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about the Ping4Deals service, we will ask them for the friend’s name and email address. Ping4 Group, Inc. will automatically send the friend a one-time email identifying the source of the referral and inviting them to visit the Ping4 site for more information. Ping4 Group, Inc. saves this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email. The friend may contact Ping4 Group, Inc. at deletename@Ping4 .com to request the removal of this information from the database.

9. Security

Ping4 takes reasonable precautions to protect our users’ information. Ping4 encrypts data in all transmissions utilizing industry standard encryption techniques. Ping4 Group, Inc. believes that the techniques it uses are reliable, but you will understand that no encryption technique is absolutely secure and therefore Ping4 cannot warrant that transmissions are absolutely secure from third party interception and de-encryption. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also take reasonable precautions to protect user-information off-line. Only employees who need information to perform a specific job (for example, a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
